Unhappy Had to euthanize a neon today

Not cool. But it had gotten so bad looking. It had no more red on it's body and only a small speck of blue. The back was humped and the whole back end didn't even seem to work. I put it off as long as I could. Not an enjoyable experience. I used the ice water method and it was really fast. Still sad though. So now I'm down to one sick neon.

Sorry to hear about that. I had to do the exact same thing to one of my neons a couple weeks ago because the colors were all faded and it hadn't been swimming right and it just seemed to be really unhealthy for too long.
