|  I hope you get yours cycled and enjoy it like I have enjoyed mine. I just cant seem to get any fish with color in mine. All my color is in the angel, ruby shark and ram. (Btw my ruby shark is not at all lethal, It plays chase around the tank and thru our ship with the ram and angel).  One day I will figure out what to use for color, but that is another thread. Anyway, Hope you enjoy yours.Ladymaiden

| Okay since I am not getting barbs or blackskirts I have been thinking of other combinations. I tossed in the inches for a rough idea, according to the surface area rule I have room for about 52 inches of fish. 6 Kuhlis 1 Clown 2 Angelfish 1 Rainbow Shark 8 rasboras Total of 51 inches 6 Kuhlis 1 Clown 2 Angelfish 1 Rainbow Shark 2 pictus cats Total of 47 inches (or 2 clown plecs for 51 inches) 6 Kuhlis 1 Clown 2 Angel 6 Pristella Tetras 6 Rasboras Total 51 inches I was also given the opportunity to take in 2 oscars, free, now I know 55g is not very ideal for two oscars, but right now their owner is keeping four oscars in TALL 55g. And I am not sure if he still has his angels and common plec in there. I just don't know.

| I wouldn't do it unless you plan on getting a bigger tank for them. Maybe suggest he donate his to the lfs?
