| Yeah I was kinda thinking the might eat the plants, but I really want to have a cray because I have never kept one before. I might not keep one but I haven't decided yet. |

| Thanks for the link, but it all really depends on what crays I'm able to find locally. If they end up eating the plants then I will have to try and find some plants I can tie to the driftwood or something to keep them out of their reach. I'm kinda just using this tank to see what works and what doesn't out of my local streams. |

| Hey Eric..i guess i need to catch up on the blog but I think the rocks on the side look way more natural, kinda like a rock slide off the bank..anyway looks real good. Also what are you feeding those plants it been what a week if that since you found them.

| I just updated the blog with my new pictures I posted here. I think I like the layout of the tank how it is right now, but I'm still debating on if I want to keep the wood how it is. If I find other small pieces of driftwood then they may change up some.
As for the plants, they have only been in the tank for 3 days now. I got them Friday and put them in there that evening. I'm really impressed with their growth in such a short period of time. I'm not feeding them anything but light right now, no ferts or anything. I will probably go back to the same spot I got these from and see if I can find more plants there during the week. There is also a creek along my uncles house that I will be searching for plants, fish, and crays in for this tank. There should be some updates later this week with more stuff to put in the tank. |

| I have some plants in my tank that I found in a stream and mine seemed to grow very quickly too. I think one of the plants that I have is the same thing as your "ludwigia".
