Your wisteria does look very health and great.
I just bought some yesterday and I'm hoping for it to take off.

Coming along nicely!

The thin-leaved plant looks like Hygrophila corymbosa. The one tangled up on the left at the bottom looks like sunset hygro.

I use very little ferts. I like the Greg Watson variety. They are really easy to use. After that I leave them alone. I am currently not there so I cant tell you how they look now but I am waiting on photos from my sister who is taking care of my tanks while I am gone.
