Post Cycle Readings

OK guys heres the scoop. Yesterday added 25 drops of ammonia, today I added 30 drops of ammonia to my 60 gallon. Still no ammonia reading, nothing. Is this normal.

Are they like eye dropper drops? 55 drops really is nothing compared to 60Gallons! I am adding 4 capfuls/day of ammonia to my 90Gallon. Another thing, did you remove all of the chemical filters like carbon and other ammonia removing media? That will make a difference also.

Yes Im using an eyedropper. Time for Capfuls? Nothing should be interfering with cycle. Penguin Bio wheel with the cartrides installed. I left the filter media baskets empty. Temp is 84 .Maybe Im just not putting in enough ammonia.

It took about 2-3 days before I got ammonia readings. Just be patient.
