| QUick question... I have an overcrowded(or soon to be) 75 gallon tank, could i possibly run 2 magnum 350's and a biowheel 350 to pick up the slack for a bit? Sounds logical to me, but I may have the wrong idea. Thanx http://img269.imageshack.us/img269/157/pict0094m.jpg

| in your situation your going to need lots and LOTS of filtration as you already said, the combo you are asking would work pretty nice. it wont make your w/c any less though.

| Any less than what do you think? Right now I am at about 0nce every 10 days or so approx. 25%. They seem to be pretty happy still, the water kinda clouds up about day 8-9 or so. I just don't want any illnesses or unnecessary deaths accuring.

| i would do it on day 8-9 then, the water is getting cloudy most likely due to a bac bloom which happens when levels get out of hand whcih can cause problems.

| Filtration isn't the only consern with overstalking, fish need a certain amount of room to be comfortable |

| I understand they need room,, and I am working on that, almost all my fish are but a few months old right now, except 2 tinfoil barbs and they are still only 6-7 inches long. I just need something to hold off the problems till I can afford a bigger tank. Thanks for helpin out guys!

| What do you have running on it now? Might be cheaper and a better idea in the long-run to buy a filter (big canister) that will work for the future tank. It will easily take care of your tank now and should have the ability to throttle it down it it's too much flow right now. Plus you won't have to cycly when you upgrade tanks. |

| Right now there is a magnum 350 canister and a biowheel 350, and I started the cycling of the tank with a whisper #4 which I have neglected to remove from the tank, lol, easier to just switch cartridges than to remove the whole filter.
