I would imagine water flow would be limited.

Water testing today shows no change in pH or temperature.

Nitrites and Nitrates remain at zero.

We see that ammonia seems have a slight reading around 0.1ppm

System is operating normally and fish are swimming and appear happy with good appetites.

We?!?! Now he's referring to himself in plural?!?!

That ammonia seems a little high...the highest I've ever had was 0.25ppm.

KB ... This is OUR experiement. Hence the We...

The lowest reading on the chart is .25ppm but this seemed to have a slight color change from 0 but not as much as the lowest reading so I estimated it to be the 0.1ppm.

Just an opinion here..shouldnt you be posting daily water params? and what was the fix you used to block the fish from getting behind the towers.

Good point. It would be nicer to see more of a timeline than random "oh, btw, now they're at ... "

Nice new av KB.

According the framework of Hi-Q...I am keeping a log of at least weekly water readings that will be released at the end of the test.

Daily readings are not planned.

I am taking readings more often than weekly, particularly now, early in the test.

I will try to post as often as I can to update you all and feel free to post a question or pm me a question if you are more comfortable doing that.

As for the towers, I have done nothing.

No other fish have been caught there. I am beginnning to wonder if it was just a freak accident since the gap is rather small and I am still surprised Rana got stuck in there.

Should it happen again, I will drain the tank down and silicon the towers in place.

Again, feel free to ask any questions. My fish continue to swim happily and eat heartily :-)

You know, Rama is a German company that makes butter...

Can't wait for that "test timeline." It's kinda the point of the experiment and what we're all waiting for...
