Which yeast should you use?
Fleischmann's rapid rise yeast (highly active)
or
Fleischmann's yeast (active dry)

i use regular, no-name yeast bought in bulk from a european market. i imagine that'd be the same as your active dry? your concern will probably be how stable your bottle will be, i.e. will it put out steady bubbles for a long period of time, or surge and then die. try an experiment
