Post Re: filters!!

Are you looking for a HOB or like a sump?

I have a Trashcan sump which (when I used it) was very good at biological and mechanical filtration.

Post Re: filters!!

i made a filter our of a ice cube bin made by rubbermade from k-mart and i put holes in both ends and use a siphon to fill the tube and then at the other end it loopes up and over so that end is in the fish tank and on that end i have a power head it takes a while to start but it works good. for dividers i used plasticraft its for crafts and can be found at any craft store. my next project will be a canister filter with all pvc i think i can do it! if you have any more questions e-mail me at ken2rhodes@hotmail.com
