|  Zebra danio problem my zebra female zebra danio has a large red area around her lower abdomen area i think she is a longfinned one and i also have a male regular zebra danio in there can someone please tell me what it is because want to treat it as soon as possible thanx |

| hmm...a picture would be most helpful...I can't say I've heard of that before. Is the red spot raised at all? Could be a parasite... What size tank? what other fish are in the tank? Sometimes if the fish have been injured they get red spots... What are your ammonia/nitrite/nitrate parameters?
