Question White Dot to White Ring ?

On one of my harlequins ive noticed that he/she had a little white dot on his eye so i assumed it was ich, but left it just to see what developed. Well a few days later and all the other fish are fine but now he has a white ring or white covering the edges of both his eyes. So what could this be? It looks weird but he still is schooling, eating and behaving fine. Does anyone know what this could be? Thanks.

Many times cloudy eyes can be cured with exceptional water quality, salt and time. I would QT the fish if possible and treat with Furan 2 if the condition worsens.
