Default Betta- fungus?

My betta has what appears like some sort of fungus on the tip of his fin. It appears like a fuzzy substance. What should I do to treat this?

Ok, I treated the tank with Bettafix yesterday, but this morning it looks worse..it appears the piece of fin that has the fungus on it is almost breaking off. Is this what Bettafix is supposed to do? I treated it a second time, but now I'm wondering if I should have used the Jungle Fungus Clear rather than the Bettafix? Thoughts? Would really appreciate a response here!!!
