|  blind cave fish got gravel in his mouth not really a disease but i noticed my big blind cave fish has a piece of gravel in his mouth. He is a quick squirmy one and i am not really sure what i should do. Anyone have an idea ? Tom

Will be a Bee Shrimp resort! 5.5 gallon with 1 helpless African Dwarf Frog, 1 Betta and four Shistura Savona (half banded loach... about 1" TL). | you're right, but it did keep your thread at the top of the page for a little bit longer... which in a way does.

| has something fallen from the filter foam?? -possibly this? my guess would be to leave it for a day and see what happens and then if he does notget rid of it himself, help him with a pair of tweezers? good luck!
