|  Maybe it would help if you say what makes you think they have internal parasites. What symptoms are you seeing? You might also want to check your water: PH, ammonia, nitrites and nitrates. Sometimes high levels can cause fish to act differently, although you don't always see any kind of disease like spots or fungus. |

| well the rainbow shark i have has 2 sopts on its body. its ytoo big to be ich and the spots are lumpy and its like a volcano because it kinda caves in the midle

| That is not internal, nor is it a parasite, so it is safe to assume it is not an internal parasite. Sounds like it could be infected little gashes in the skin. My guess is either fungus or bacteria and I would try to find a medication that covers those two things. Also, do check your water parameters - they may be the source of your problem..,
