Default Suspected TB

I had to put one of my danios out of it's misery this morning. It was looking kind of lethargic all week long last week, and took a fast turn for the worse on the weekend - it grew an open wound near it's anal fin, and today when I took it out of the water it had practically disintegrated to the point that it looked like it was going to fall apart into two pieces. The first would that showed up only looked like a little red spot on the fish at first, last week, and I thought it had faded, but on the weekend it reappeared in full force, and as I said, turned into an open wound. I have two more that are starting to look kind of lethargic.

My water parameters are perfect. I change 25% every week. I use Hagen Aqua...hmm... Aqua something to condition the tap water. These fish have been in the tank for about two and a half months, have survived an ich outbreak, and were perfectly happy week before last. This fish was not fungus-y at all. There were no other signs of illness, other than the red spot that apparead, disappeared, reappeared. Temp is at about 76 degrees, sometimes a bit warmer cause we don't have central air and it gets warm during the day despite our window air conditioner. The only description I read that could be remotely close to what I saw is TB.

Is there anything else it could be? If it is TB, what do I do with the still-healthy fish I have? Are they doomed to get it too? If I move them to a different tank will they spread it there (even if not showing any signs of infection)? Should I euthanise all the fish, dismantle and disinfect the tank? EEK! I'm at a loss. Has anyone else had experience with this before?
