Default disease?

i dont know if it is a disease or ot but i came home today to find that every single fish in my tank sitting on the bottom looking very pale i searched and searched but no sign of fungus type things i only have a ph tester and that was fine could there be ammonia of nitrate problems? if so anything i can do without chemicles? thanks for any info

I would get get the water tested for ammonia, nirtite, and nitrate. If you can't get that done, i recomend u do a water change. Maybe 20% or so. Have you tried feeding them? Maybe that would stimulate your fish. Don't try to treat them using chemicals if you're not sure they're sick. Best of luck.

Try a large water (75%) change, seems like some sort of poisoning like ammonia or nitrite. Also, is the temperature too low? Or couild something might have accidentally dropped into the tank? Do you have any rocks in the tank (metal poisoning?)

Sounds a lot like a water concern.

If you get your water tested and your waters fine then it could also be that your fish have had a huge fright! this will also make them lose their colours and make them very skittish.
