Default single discus

I wanna get aleast one discus. I have the perfect tank for them. Water is fine, tanks been up for 4 years now. but i'm concered that it will be lonely by itself. If i need nore then one i probably wont get them just due to lack of funds. Anyway--i also want to know if they would be ok with some rummynose tetras, blue rams, cardinal tetras and a gold nugget pleco. Thanks guys.

I was heavily warned against getting only two rather than the standard advised six. I got one more about a week later and I have to say they are doing just fine, no, they are doing well. They don't fight anymore and they are growing quickly.

4 would be the minimum as they are VERY social with each other. Maybe you could find a breeder close by you with some juvies for sale? The tank setup sounds wonderful, as discus do well with all those fish you have. While the inhabitants and such might be "perfect", the size might not be.

How large is this tank?
