Albino corys are a albino variation of the bronze corydoras.

Thanks! So if I had bronze, they would. I don't. She doesn't seem interested in the others and vice versa, so that makes sense.

yeah, they end up looking just like spotted corys. I would actually wager that a ton of " spotted corys" in pet sotres are actually hybrids considering how easy it is to cross the 2.

I used to purposely get female albinos and male bronze cories just so I could tell the sexes apart from a distance.

lol good idea!
Just curious, but... when you bred the albinos and the bronzes together, did you get albinos + bronzes or just one or another?

all the babies come out bronze unless the bronze parent carries the albino gene too. I sold all my baby cories for around $1 store credit each once they reach 1/2 inch length.

So, now I have several albino cories. What color will their babies be? Bet I get a mix. My peppered cats keep multiplying. I almost sucked up a baby while vaccumming the gravel yesterday. It was THE tiniest entire animal I have seen in my life. Made a newborn guppy look giant, more cories in the making
