Swordtail:
Male - developes a "sword" on his tail. It's like a black stick
Female - doesn't have a sword. Is usually fatter and rounder than the male.

That's all I own/have owned so I can't help you with the others.
Welcome to the forums, btw.

DOn't know about the Carp, Black Moore, or Koi...but I'm guessing you may be able to Google and find it.

Guppies, Mollies, and Swordtails are all the same.

Kissy's Absolutely right about the "Sword" on the Male Swordtails. But they also have a Gonopodium. I believe all livebearers do. Mollies, and Guppies don't have the Sword, so...

If you look on the "Bottom side" underneath the fish, you will see either a regular old Fin, or a "gonopodium". It looks like a fin that is all bunched up into a "roll", and extends towrds the back of the fish. These are the males. The females just have a fin.

Here's a Pic of a Male Swordtail...the Guppy and Molly Males will have the same look on the bottom:

Here's a Female Swordtail...notice, No Gonopodium, just a Fin.

The Carp, Koi and Black Moor are all types of Goldfish / Carp, there are no real external differences other than at spawning time, when in season, males of all three types develop breeding tubercules around the head and gill plates

The livebearer questions have been answered, but the carp and koi...if they're are anything like regular old goldfish...the males will get white spotty looking things called tubicules on the gills...they kinda look like little pimples...almost like ick, but it's not...not to mention they way they'll chase the females around when the water temp goes up...they literally beat the eggs out of her...it's actually kinda disturbing to watch :::covers eyes:::

Hope this helps! And welcome to the tank!
