ive only got a ten gallon with my green spotted puffer. he likes it in there though, its well planted. i plan on putting puffers in my 35 gal the next time it gets freed up.

hey puffercollector, you should get a bigger tank if you plan on getting any more puffers. it already sounds like you got alot in that 10 gallon, any more might spark off some territorial fights. try to upgrade to a 20 or 29 gallon if you can, and give them lots of hidey spaces, so they dont fight over a certain spot.

Yes, I agree with 420Loach... Puffers are recommended 3gal/inch. They're very messy and so for my dwarf puffer tank I clean it sometimes twice a week.... And at least once a week for my spotted/green puffer tank.

Maybe try going to a chain pet store or something... I usually go to Petsmart and ask for snails for my puffers and they give me as many as I want. No charge, too. Just thought you might like to know.

you should begin planning ahead instead of throwing them all in such a small tank, the dwarf puffers should have their own 10gal and each green spotted should have its own 20gal, larger when full grown, although they grow slow, start purchasing new tanks instead of new fish
