Default Peru Puffers...

hello. i went around to different lfs's the other day and also stopped by walmart(i was lookin for a big 100+ gallons rubbermade bin to make a pond out of, for my kenyis.) to my dismay they had only 30gal bin, anyways i stopped by the fish section, and saw two "peru puffers". they looked kinda like green spotted puffers in color, but they had a different designs on theyre backs. they were very stressed out, and looked kind of deflated i guess you could call it. i was gonna buy them, but i had no where to put them and i couldnt risk puttin em in with my gs puffer.

ive never really seen a Peru puffer before. i was wondering if anyone has any info on them? thanks
