My new corycat =[

BOTH of my juliis died last night! =[[[[[[[[[ I dunno what happened.. My water is fine.. i flipped out and did like 3 test strips. they were so pretty.

The blue ram I brought home with them is doing fine, though.

I'm at a loss.

That sucks I don't know a lot about julis, so I don't know if they are sensitive to water conditions or anyhting. One thing though, test strips aren't always accurate, you may think of investing in a liquid kit. Blue rams can be aggressive, so it is possible that he had something to do with it. And it may be your water... Don't know what to tell you.

my blue ram is a female.. she seems pretty docile to me. the most aggressive fish in my tank is my angelfish, but he's pretty peaceful most of the time. and i keep him well fed. i read that the julies liked soft water, and mine was hard, but i also thought that corycats can adapt to almost anything.

And i think i may just invest in a liquid kit. i hate when my fish die. =[ its only happened to me 4 times in the span of 5 years.

I have two corys and they do really well together. They do act crazy sometimes and swim around like mad! They're really cute and fun to watch!
