Default ID Help

I got this pleco from a friend who is moving. He doesn't know what type it is. (he called it a sucker fish). Help with the ID would be just dandy!

I would say its a common pleco. But im not too sure. There are others here that could tell you

Well.......i'm about 99.8% sure that that is indeed a common pleco(also reffered to as a sucker fish).

To me it looks like a Gibbiceps, but do you have a side shot??

Before reading the other comments I thought Common, but then saw Fish Geek response of Gibbiceps looked again at the fins and I can relate to that!
