Default Banana Plants and Java Ferns pruning/propagating

Ok.. so the first few weeks of plant keeping have come and gone.. Results are, with my low lighting that all of my plants look much healthier than when I bought them, they have all grown some, and my brownish-sick looking banana plants are now entirely green and everything looks great!.. Over the last week or so I noticed that my java ferns and banana plants have done some changing... Here's what's happened, and I'd like any advice on pruning and propagating to keep these healthy and possibly grow some more plants!

    Banana Plants..
-They have grown root looking things out the ends of the 'bananas'. They have also grown shoots over the last couple days, growing at incredible speed, litterally over an inch per hour by my best guess! now the ends of the spouts have arched over and a leaf on the end of each shoot (one per plant) is starting to form! Do I break off the 'bananas' and plant them seperately, or do I snap off the shoots (if so where at) and replant them? Or do I do something different?

    Java Ferns...
-They have slowly formed new 'baby plants' and the ends of the leaves. Do I cut these off and replant, or will they fall on their own?

    moss balls...
-I bought 2 and one looks like it is splitting into three balls. Do I do anything to 'help' it or just leave it do it's thing on it's own?

Thanks for any tips/advice.. Attached are some recent tank pics and the best pics I could take with my phone of the plants! Thanks!

I'd say leave the bannana plant and moss ball be and let them do their thing. the bannana plant, if its anything like the water lily, will for more bannanas and will reproduce on its on sort of like potatoes create those tubers. so im guessing it will later create lots of bannana things and then you could break those off, but give your plant time to bloom(as in grow lots of leaves, idk if these flower for sure but they probably do).
The java fern babies will fall off on their own and you can tie them to something.

Hello; When I kept bannana plants, the new stems would soon grow to the top of a tank and sprout floating leaves. Over time the new leaves would cover a lot of surface area. I am not sure how the suppliers get them to have leaves on short stalks.
