| the 400 to 600 nm is the visible spectra which are the colors that we see! Certain plants absorb certain wavelengths of light more so than other but the 6700 k is a solid light and the bright generally the better but also depends on the type of plants that you want to grow!

| if your willing to pay about 10 dollars for a like a 18 inch bulb more power to ya, definately go with the high end lights then.
