Sounds to me like they're establishing a pecking order, with the larger one asserting dominance over the smaller one. This is likely if they're either both male or both female, unfortunately I'm not sure on how to sex blood parrots. Monitor the aggression, and also what dither fish do you have with them out of interest? Bit off-topic, I don't think it'd affect temperament, just interested
