Default Blood Parrot Pics

Hey folks, for those that may remember, about two years or so ago I was given a dyed neon blue blood parrot cichlid for my birthday by a friend who had no idea what she was doing. He was given to me in a plastic bag in ice cold water where he'd been sitting for over a day after she'd purchased him. I was, needless to say, not very happy. I originally put him, about 2" long at that time, into my 29g tank to see if he would make it. A couple years later and "he" (I think it's a he, perhaps someone else has an opinion), is now a bulky 6+ incher. A great specimen with perfect fins and the blue dye job has completely faded into a silvery orange. Here's some pictures of "Blueberry."

That Pleco is about 12" long for a size comparison. I also attached a picture of when I first got Blueberry for comparison. Enjoy!
