Thanks for any input! | I think its basically up to availability as these aren't the most common fish to find at a LFS...Both need to be in groups and both are active. The Danios should be in a 30 gallon but the tetras probably should too in order to be happy. The tetra's may nip a little but only at each other... the danios will get larger....really up to you. they aren't very different. The tetras work better in softer more acidic water so if your tap is more basic, maybe go with the danios...they are probably more hardier too.
