Oh- by the way- this tank got taken down entirely. I couldn't find a suitable inhabitant, and I liked the plants too much- particularly the mint. I took the whole tank down and made soil be the sole substrate, and I am now growing and harvesting mint for my own personal use. I researched the type- it is
Mentha Canadensis aka Canadian Wild Mint.
