I like the idea of the angels...mollies and swordtails don't really do it for me...I had platies and found them to be kinda boring, but that's just my opinion...angels are graceful and on the larger side and really pretty to look at.
I agree about the goldfish...I've got them in the pond but they come in for the winter...as it's not a "real" pond and it's not deep enough to not completely freeze in a harsh NY winter...
