I get them from other plant nerds on the internet.

It's getting difficult to find certain plants...like the R. vietnam & R. goias. Shops don't carry plants like these; there are maybe a handful of shops in the US that do and usually they are trade-ins or happen to have a good source from overseas. I always keep my eyes open for the plants I like. I usually don't go for the latest and greatest, but just plants I either like from experience, or plants I think I would like. Sometimes I just don't like to be beaten by a plant. For example, the last time I tried R. macrandra, I didn't do so well (had to rip them all out). Now, you can see I'm doing ok with it, and this plant has been around for forever. My motto is "there's no plant I can't grow."
