my first tank was a hawkeye 1 gallon acrylic tank and it was alright for a first tank but i should not have gotten it. i was told its better to have a bigger aquarium such as a 10 gallon because they are easier to manage. now i have the coolest tank its a 1.5 gal from petsmart it came withe a lot of stuff
