Wow. Are bettas really aggressive enough to eat a shrimp? I wouldn't have thought that. I've owned a betta before but it was years ago in a glass vase with a plant. Remember when those were popular? poor betta. So I don't have experience putting bettas with other fish. Not that I would enjoy it, but wouldn't the shrimp be a good stimulation for the betta. You know, hunting and eating live food?

The puffers and frogs sound like a lot of work. Tab, what did you find frustrating about the frogs?
