No. I have a dwarf puffer and I read they should be kept in a "species only" tank. I have one in a 5g with two otos. She nipped at them once but I've seen no other aggression, but you don't want to get one of those.
You say you have 3 mollies and a betta? Now that I think about it, you probably don't want schooling fish. Shrimp or cories are probably best. Check out the ghost shrimp. They're pretty cool.
