Generally speaking, any top dwelling fish is a good potential jumper. Of course any fish could be. But fish only swim quick and erratically when they feel threatened or when there is something wrong with the fish or the water. So other tankmates can also play a part. I've had a beta in a 2.5 gallon with no glass top for a pretty long while now and he's never made an effort to jump out.
