hi all. i have never checked or thought about my water hardness but with the fish in my sig what would be the best water hardness. im thinking of getting a test kit for it. my water is very alkaline at 9.0ph but i have used interpet easy adjust ph down so it is now 7.5. another dose tomorrow for 7.0

i think that with alkaline water comes hard water. is there a way to make water softer...?
