Good idea with the CD cases. Did you just use a normal electric saw (table saw?) to cut it to size or was it custom cut? And where did you find an acrylic bonding agent. I want Weld-on 4 but hardly anyone carries it and that stuff is like impossible to ship being a Hazmat.
