AS for the stand it is the exact same design and and same lumber used(3/4" plywood) for a full out 90 gallon, Im positive it will be fine, maybe lateral brace as it wobbles like an 1/8" when i clean the glass. and yes doors are going on which will add a bit more stability, but we decided to set the tank up first since we can put the doors on later.
Um for lighting, i was planning on a 1X250w MH with 2X 36" VHOs.......
