Welcome to Dogwise.com Great training DVD. And no, this one is NOT Cesar Milan. And this guy calls himself the first dog whisperer, and his techniques are completely the opposite of Cesars. Doesn't use any aggressive, hitting, putting down, shocking, etc. He only uses Praise, treats, and toys.
