yup its good. All female, so its nice and tender. Me, my sister and my dad all hunt elk once a year. My dad goes twice. So, mebee this fall we might have a deal. my dad is really eager to get 4 elk so he can make some jerky. But my mom wont let him when we only have 2. But yeah, remind me like once a month, and ill see what I can do. (no offense JAWS, I didn't mean to hijack the thread)
P.S. Jaws, is this farm meat, or free range? Just wonderin
