Great post! Make sure to post pictures of the finish product, plumbed to the tank with media in it. I don't think you chose it for this reason, but for instructional purposes the fact that it is a see thru canister helped!
Could you use a power head for the pump on this? Do you need to put in baffels to make sure the flow of the water is even through the media?
