I got my TetraTec filter yesterday but....
They did not send my free heater capsule!
I called them and they said that I used the wrong order code. When I went back to the site I did not see another order code. Only the one for the filter.
I did a "mock" order and put the heater capsule on the order. When I went to pay for the "mock" order it automatically deducted the cost of the heater capsule.
They are sending out the heater capsule, free of charge, today.
I set the filter up and it is not as noisy from what I had read on other sites and works great. I love it. It is kind of big though but for the price I like it.
