I think those are great. I'm not a fan of the 1 gallon hanging "tanks" at Petco and on EBay, but the ones you linked to seem great...of course, it'd be nice to get some reviews from people that have used them or at least to see more details about the filtration system.
I'll send the EBay seller an email asking about the filter. If I receive a response, then I'll post the info here.
Otherwise, they seem like fine systems for a fish or two albeit a bit pricey.
