Default How do you feed your ADF?

I have two in my 10gal with my betta. I've had them for about a week and a half, and have been feeding them with a turkey baster. I don't know if I've just gotten better at it or if they've just finally come to associate it with feeding, but they really ate well this morning. I'm very pleased. (Never actually saw them eat before and was worried.) I put the bloodworms in a tablespoon measuring spoon with some tank water, suck up an ounce or so out of the tank, suck up a little bloodworm soup, then squirt the bloodworms partially in and out of the baster right in front of the frogs' faces. What I mean is, I use the baster to wiggle the bloodworms so that the frogs will bite. (One didn't seem to want to eat much, but I watched her and when the ghost shrimp moved farther away, she spit out a big long bloodworm she'd been holding in her mouth and began to chew it up. Made a whole meal, apparently!)

What do you feed your frogs, and how?
