Update:
Finally got some time to tinker with things & take a pic. I removed a piece of wood and moved the big one over for my GT. He likes the right side of the tank and the shelter of the wood. I did have more plants in there, but I pulled some out. I may eventually pull more out and add some rockwork. Still working on nutrient control. I think I got it figured out.
I picked up 5 more small clown loaches. They are hiding/acclimating at the moment. I want to add a small midas cichlid, but I'm not sure how well the GT will get along with him. He'll either not care, or beat him up. I'm thinking when the midas grows up, there's gonna be problems with compatability and/or digging. Might be a good excuse for a larger tank
