'Finding Nemo' anyone? Seahorse, turtles and octopus's are far from easy to keep for those advanced in the hobby, much less suitable for those getting their feet wet. And allowing children to take away and unexpected fish? Wonder where that's going to end up. Fish bowl, then toilet bowl. While the heart seems to be in the right place, it doesn't seem to be the best way of promoting the hobby.
