		<description>We are investigating on pulsed light technologies, and we found out, that the spectra of a fluorescent tube can be chagend by cutting the light in many pieces, 20milliseconds on/off.  Also the energy is possible to be reduced for about 50 % by getting a 80% photosysthesis rate.</description>
